I have been getting a lot of eve mails from players who tell me a alliance under the name Muffins of Mayhem are trying to steal our name and pvp credit. Being involved in muffin role-playing trying to impersonate us. DonĘt confuse our corporations with these copycats.

ThatĘs what we have to say about this, They are not us, they donĘt hang out with us, they are only wannabes trying to be us. I think that many LV alliance members have confused them as being us or being in relationship with us as well.
Also telling one of my men that your Muffins of mayhem went back 2yrs or so, we have been using this name to game as a clan in all games for about 5 or 6.
We have been referred to as the muffins and muffinmen for a while in eve and are well known i think you guys should of made it clear during your creation and bio that you where of no relation to the muffin factory.
Raid :Ill give the Muffin men credit from the looks of their kb seems their doing fairly good for themselves. And with a little help from 1 other corp.. bravo for standing tall on your own..

Ya thatĘs our killboard not these guys who donĘt have one operational. BTW muffin men is us not these other dudes who just started a alliance.
The problem is that when people see the word muffin they think its us. So when you created your alliance without explaining who you where some people confuse you with us.
Gunrose has apologized to me before but we spent a lot of time getting our pvp credit and in combat and i see it more as them trying to take some without having earned any for themselves. You should change your alliance name, your founding corp has nothing even to do with muffins.....so trying to muffin roleplay when you have nothing to do with muffins.......

Helganstandt i do understand your situation now, mutual liking of muffins is agreed and the radiculous cost of remaking an alliance is nonsense as well. However we had felt it was importent to make an annoucement to what we feel to be blasphemy, which would be when raid called you guys the muffinmen. Plus i kept having people evemailing me, when did you create the alliance cran?
In addition where having a gathering to possible form a pastry coalition u guys should come to the ts gathering big cake corp and 3-4 other corps will be there. Thankyou for explaining your situation better. I also redid the annoucement as more a public notification thing. U have alot of patience and thanks for replying.
